I came here with my family in April 2024. The hotel is very clean and so are the rooms. From the moment we entered, the staff were really helpful. They helped us carry our baggages, brought food to our rooms whenever we asked (even if the items were not on the menu), and showed that they cared by taking care of every minor inconvenience. It's a very good place to stay also because of the location. There are fast food joints like Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. at walking distance, along with general stores. The food here is also decent. The only reason I deducted a star is because I believe the interior can be improved a little, and they could provide handwash, bodywash, etc. in the bathrooms, and use a little less oil in certain food items (like paneer tikka masala). Thanks.

The rooms are average, but clean, although they can improve it. The food is average too but the staff was very helpful. I had viral fever and they cooked golden milk and khichdi especially for me on request, also provided laundry service. So overall it was good for me.

Hotel is in the center of the city and close to all important points. Check-in was mostly hassle free. They put me in a room which was a category lower than my reservation. While, I didn't notice it, front office manager came to my room and apologised and swiftly changed my room. Liked their approach to accept the mistake and fix it. Reception lobby is nice however rooms and toilet areas need some renovation. Breakfast was also average. So, great location, good staff...just need improvement in the property.

Excellent Hotel... Very good staff. Highly recommended for stay. Will surely come back when next in Haridwar. Staff does not say no to you for anything... They try and provide you all comfort. Very well maintained and hygienic during covid times.

Depressing Rooms

Let Grand Hotel is definitely not a very "Grand" hotel. It is so dull and depressing inside! The bathroom being the worst of it! There is no shower which a tourists worst nightmare!! To make matters worse, the room opposite to the one I was staying at must have had 10 people staying in it as they were extremely loud at 7am and I was rudely awoken by all the noise. The hotel staff were so oblivious to it and just carried on like it was normal! The pictures are nothing compared to what the hotel really looks like! Won't be recommending this hotel or staying there again!
